Every physical move of stock should have a matching system document (transfer, adjustment, or receiving)—otherwise reporting and replenishment will drift.

Use documented transfers when goods move between stores. Confirm receiving at the destination branch.
Counts
Cycle or full counts realign on-hand quantity with reality. Investigate variances with clear reasons.
Alerts
Use low-stock signals as reminders paired with realistic lead times—not as a substitute for floor walks.
